VIP!NK Membership

1. Become a VIP!NK Member

• Purchase RM250 and above in a single receipt to become a VIP!NK Member for free.
• Applicable for Sa Sa Malaysia in store and online purchases.
• Membership application is not valid for purchases made at outlets (Genting Premium Outlet, Johor Premium Outlet, Design Village Penang), and online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

2. VIP!NK Membership Privileges

• VIP!NK members are entitled to enjoy an additional 5% discount on in-store purchases and website/mobile app purchases at Sa Sa Malaysia except outlet. (This discount does not apply to selected discounted or regular-priced items. Please check in-store or contact customer service for more details.)
• Additional 5% discount of VIP!NK membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges and promotional offers.
• VIP!NK member is entitled to a birthday surprise per year.
• VIP!NK member is able to collect points from each purchases, and pay with points earned in next purchase.
• VIP!NK membership card must be presented upon payment in order to enjoy the privileges.

3. VIP!NK Membership Points

• Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 point.
• Point redemption: Every 200 points can be used as RM1, points must be redeemed in blocks of 200 points and can be used as full or partial cash rebates for products at Sa Sa Malaysia.
• Details of VIP!NK points program will be updated regularly. Please check with shops for details. Points will be earned based on the total net amount of the transaction after the deduction of point redemption or discount.
• Point redemption amount must be less than the total net amount of the transaction.
• Point redemption amount will be deducted on the total net amount of the transaction.
• Refund is not applicable for all the transaction with points redeemed.
• In case of exchange products, redeemed points will not be refunded.
• All VIP!NK points will expire on 31 March each calendar year, with unused points automatically reset to zero (0) on 1 April. Points must be redeemed prior to their expiry date.
• VIP!NK membership card must be presented upon payment in order to earn or redeem points.
• Earning and redeeming points are valid in Sa Sa Malaysia physical stores and online via the website/mobile app.
• Points are non-transferable.
• Expired points will not be reinstated.
• Points earned by different VIP!NK memberships cannot be combined.

4. VIP!NK Membership Validity, Lost Card and Membership Renewal

• VIP!NK membership is valid for one year, starting from the issue date of the Sa Sa VIP!NK membership card.
• VIP!NK membership will be automatically extended for one year if the total accumulated purchases from Sa Sa Malaysia physical stores (excluding outlets) and the website/mobile app online store reach RM250 within one year of membership. Otherwise, the membership will be downgraded to P!NK membership without prior notice.
• VIP!NK membership is non-transferable.
• In case of a lost or damaged card, VIP!NK members may apply for a replacement at any Sa Sa Malaysia physical store (excluding outlets) for a fee of RM5.

5. VIP!NK General Terms & Conditions

• Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature due to the loss of VIP!NK membership Card.
• Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the identity of the VIP!NK member without notice.
• To check the accumulated purchase amount, please visit Sa Sa Malaysia website at www.sasa.com.my/reward
• All records are based on system's data of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.

P!NK Membership

1. Become a P!NK Member

• P!NK membership can be registered for free with no purchase required.
• Applicable for Sa Sa Malaysia in-store and website/mobile app registration. 
• Membership application is not valid for purchases made at outlets (Genting Premium Outlet, Johor Premium Outlet, Design Village Penang), and online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. 

2. P!NK Membership Privileges

• P!NK member is able to collect points from each purchases, and pay with points earned to enjoy rebates in next purchase.
• Once P!NK membership is upgraded to VIP!NK membership, all points will be reimbursed back to VIP!NK membership automatically.

3. P!NK Membership Points

• Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 point.

4. P!NK Membership Validity

• P!NK membership will be cardless, no physical card will be issued out for P!NK members.
• P!NK membership is valid for Lifetime, starting from the joined date.
• P!NK membership will be automatically upgraded to VIP!NK membership if accumulated purchases from any Sa Sa Malaysia stores (excluding outlets) reach RM250 within six (6) months from the initial membership start date or the date of the last purchase, whichever is later.
• P!NK membership is non-transferable.

5. P!NK General Terms & Conditions

• Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature due to the loss of PINK membership numbers.
• Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the identity of the P!NK members without notice.
• To check the accumulated purchase amount, please visit your nearest Sa Sa Malaysia stores or via Sa Sa Malaysia website at www.sasa.com.my/reward.
• All records are based on system's data of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.

Personal Information Collection Statement

1. Purposes

The personal data collected will be used for one or more of the following purposes: processing your application and administering VIP!NK or P!NK membership, communicating with you and direct marketing (see paragraph 2 of this Statement), including verifying your identity, designing targeted promotional offers and conducting demographic or segmentation analysis. The provision of the personal data for processing this application is voluntary. However, we may not be able to process your application or offer you VIP!NK or P!NK membership privileges if the data provided by you is incomplete.

2. Consent

By submitting your personal data to Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd, you:

(i) declare that you have read, understood and accepted the statements set out in this Personal Information Collection Statement;

(ii) consent to the processing and use of your personal data by Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd;

(iii) consent to receiving direct marketing and promotional materials of Sa Sa’s products and services; and

(iv) consent to the transfer of your data to other companies within Sa Sa group of companies or to third party service providers, whether within or outside Malaysia, in order to fulfil one or more of the purposes stated in paragraph 1 above.

3. Withdrawing Consent

You may at any time withdraw any consent you previously provided to us. Please inform us through the contact details specified in "Rights of access and correction" below.

You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data.
